The Challenge

Nutrition giants GNC asked us to create a couple of How-To videos to help them communicate with an active audience. They wanted an educational video to position themselves as experts within the field, but also wanted the videos to be cool and stand apart from the generic How-To videos that have saturated YouTube over the past few years. Developing creative videos with a difference is our forte, so we were well up for this challenge.

The Solution

We decided to put our best foot forward and developed a concept that brought running and obstacle training to life by filming close-up shots with slow-mo of someone actually taking part in the activity. We then built the How-To aspect into the scene using motion graphics. We felt it was important to produce strong cinematography that viewers would appreciate, and with the motion-tracking we were able to strategically place the graphics and give the content a strong and classy finish.

The videos were distributed across GNC’s social media channels and performed like a professional digital athlete.
